I hope so! Since I can rememeber, I’m dreaming of having a great body. A trained body. A good looking body. It is as it is and I’m a very lazy person AND I LOVE chocolate. So two years ago I nearly achieved my goal and got 63,8 kg (140 lb), but than I stopped to train and so got my kilos back. Today I want to start a new way of eating, even if it will be very hard for me, cause I need approximately 2300 kcal to be sated.
Now I’ll search for some exercises and will post every day how much I have eaten and which exercises I’ve done. Weekly I’ll post my weight.
